  I walked in and both workers with customers but the gentleman that was working was asking me questions while his customer was at his desk but as soon as I ask a question he told me I was being rude completely rude to me and his customer don’t ask me questions if you don’t want questions ask to you if you have customers very rude and unprofessional

  I loved going here. I got my glasses from here as my eye doctor didn't have a lot of selections I liked. For some reason it is hard to find simple black, thick, rectangular frames. The man who checked me out the day I got my glasses was kind and patient. He let me know about a deal I could get, so I even got a second pair of glasses for cheap! When I went back to get my glasses, there was a different employee who adjusted them for me that day, but again, very kind. I'll keep going back here when I need new glasses.

  Awesome experience with Brett choosing my frames and lens options. They had my two pair of glasses ready in less than an hour. I have waited up to two weeks at other places due to my 'difficult' perscription.The two young ladies that helped me when I returned to get my new glasses were very courteous and knowledgeable. Also saw everyone that came in the door greeted and helped right away. Great team effort and great glasses at affordable prices

  I was mislead or outright lied to on multiple levels. I was told premium progressive lenses were clear with no blue light blocking brown tint. That was incorrect. They added the insurance at $50 per glasses w/out being asked. They did not give me my receipt until I picked my glasses up. When I realized the charge they wanted to send me a check when I paid cash. I was told I could return glasses w/in 30 days. I tried to at one week. I was told sorry, we are out the $300+ for making lenses. So I am stuck with brown tinted lenses, over priced lenses that I hate.
