  Awesome experience with Brett choosing my frames and lens options. They had my two pair of glasses ready in less than an hour. I have waited up to two weeks at other places due to my 'difficult' perscription.The two young ladies that helped me when I returned to get my new glasses were very courteous and knowledgeable. Also saw everyone that came in the door greeted and helped right away. Great team effort and great glasses at affordable prices

  We had such a wonderful girlie help my 14yr old daughter pick out her glasses! She was so helpful, fun, and my daughter left feeling like a baddie. Best selection of frames.

  I was mislead or outright lied to on multiple levels. I was told premium progressive lenses were clear with no blue light blocking brown tint. That was incorrect. They added the insurance at $50 per glasses w/out being asked. They did not give me my receipt until I picked my glasses up. When I realized the charge they wanted to send me a check when I paid cash. I was told I could return glasses w/in 30 days. I tried to at one week. I was told sorry, we are out the $300+ for making lenses. So I am stuck with brown tinted lenses, over priced lenses that I hate.

  The manager was fantastic and completely turned my experience around. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me choose the right glasses. I’m very happy with my glasses and the difference they have made. Unfortunately, my initial experience was very different. I’ve recently experienced a significant and concerning change in my vision, so I came in with a lot of questions about insurance, cash options, lens options, outside frames, etc. The employee did explain things, but when I didn’t understand, and asked follow up questions, It was obvious that she became increasingly irritated with me. Her tone and demeanor made it very clear that my questions were frustrating her. I repeatedly got directed back to a chart that didn’t answer the questions I was actually asking. The biggest difference was when the manager got involved. He answered the same questions in a way that made sense, took the time to make sure I understood my options, and never made me feel like my questions were a burden. I appreciate the manager’s help and I’m very happy with my glasses. I just wish the experience had started that way.
