The teachers are well trained and offer modifications for most positions. The studio is always clean with equipment in great condition. Everyone is very friendly. I look forward to attending many more classes!

Friendships start here very easily just from the vibe of the studio. Wonderful instructors I have to many favorite to choose from. I have been going to Club Pilates for several years and love the way I have become stronger! I recommend Pilates to anyone seeking a low impact, but challenging (if you choose to make it challenging) workout. On days that my body needs less challenge I can stay at the basic level rather than take the more challenging options.
