  The receptionists are phenomenal. They were great with my kiddos, ages 13, 8, and 6. They are patient and kind to everyone that I saw. They made sure to get all the information that I had with me and helped me with some questions and concerns that I had about my kiddos. The nurse practitioner that we saw was very through and very nice. She made my 6 year old son, who is on the autism scale, comfortable and able to answer some questions.

  I appreciate the appointment reminders by text, although if you text back the number for rescheduling, it tells you to just call the office and it doesn't make sense. You can tell this office is very old school, especially since they always play religious music in the waiting room 🙄 (*Update*) During my next appointment a sweet women had came in and explained the phone systems and how their office works. I have a more clear picture as to why you HAVE to call to reschedule and am no longer upset over the minor inconvenience. She talked to me about changing my review and I'm happy to do so. I did, however, forget the last part to this review, which unfortunately I will not change due personal beliefs.
