  My doctor called in a prescription at 2:30 on 3/31/26 so I go to the pharmacy after work it was almost 6 o’clock and they told me it be ready in 20 minutes unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait so I come back today at 10:30am while I’m waiting on my tire to get fixed and the pharmacy told me it was scheduled to be picked up at 5:00pm when it was going to be ready yesterday in 20 minutes? Unfortunately this pharmacy apparently doesn’t know how to function properly.

  They're good people with pretty good refill times. The app works well on when your refill will be ready.

  I have a chronically ill child who takes a lot of medication. We had a lot of issues with things not being ready, medication that said it was being processed then turned out it wasn’t even at the store and had to be shipped resulting in my son having to miss multiple doses etc. He has two insurances and they couldn’t ever seem to process any of it correctly. I have had to get multiple refunds for being over charged and not realizing until I was home. I was even accosted by other pharmacy guests in the drive thru once because they were taking so long to right a wrong and I couldn’t pull away (two people in line GOT OUT OF THEIR CARS AND APPROACHED MY CAR COMPLAINING I SHOULD HAVE WENT INSIDE- not knowing I have a child with a brain tumor in my car...) even after all that I still gave them a chance because they have an amazing pharmacy manager (Jennifer) who always fixes the situation and helped me. But tonight was the last straw though and I took ALL my business elsewhere. I was given the wrong medication for my son (AGAIN and the same has happened to my husband as well) so I called and was told they were doing me a favor by exchanging it to the correct medication (even though there’s a note he cannot have this brand) and that I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ALL HIS MEDICATION BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. Not one single apology. I also couldn’t check all his medications before leaving because I had to pull up on the curve and have them bring it out to me and I was blocking the entire drive thru. I asked the female pharmacist “what if this was an allergy or reaction and you had given him the wrong thing?” To which I was told if it was an allergy it would be marked and couldn’t be filled- so I said well if you cannot read a note who would trust that you would pay attention to anything?? It is terrifying that she acted like she was doing me a favor and never once said sorry. A simple “we messed up and we are sorry” would have diffused the situation but instead she continuously argued with me and was defensive. When I asked where I could submit a formal complaint, the female pharmacist told me “she didn’t know...” If you have chronic medical issues, I suggest you take your business elsewhere as they cannot seem to get things right and Jennifer cannot be there every day (if she was, I’d love to continue using them!)
