Our Blood Institute, Little Rock

Our Blood Institute, Little Rock (OBI) formerly Arkansas Blood Institute, is the sixth-largest independent blood center in the US, with 17 donor centers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Founded over 50 years ago, OBI is the nonprofit donor to patient lifeline at more than 240 hospitals, medical facilities and air ambulances across all three states. Our donor centers collect blood, plasma, platelet, and red blood cell donations. Community Blood Drives and Blood Mobiles provide communities with local donation opportunities. Donating blood provides health and healing for patients in need, and donating at OBI has additional perks for our donors.
