I’m not complaining about the pharmacy staff, the issue is with Kroger on a corporate level. Hire more people because our heath is at risk. Kroger promises a service that IS NOT being delivered.

I called today with a concern and question and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes they acted like they didn’t have time for my question nor cared to help me solve the issue I had at hand.. And this is not the first problem I have had with them. It’s like they do not know what they are doing, and if you do finally get someone to help you (if they get off of there cell phones long enough they aren't very friendly) I have been going there for about 2 years now and I DO NOT plan to ever go back. I am extremely disappointed. I will be taking my business to Walmart from here on out. And you should do the same.
