- JJJinjer JamesgreenJun 24, 20261.0After years of being a loyal customer to kroger pharmacy, I am now in search of somewhere else to go asap. I will not deal with this pharmacy ever again. The majority of the pharmacy staff is unfriendly bordering on rude. The final straw for me however, was the pharmacy manager refusing to fix the pharmacy's mistake and telling me to "please do" when I asked about changing to a new pharmacy. How incredibly rude, unprofessional and uncalled for. Like I said. I'm looking for a new pharmacy. I refuse to be screwed over and then treated rudely.

In any business where you deal with people, it will be stressful. If you accept the job, you need to learn how to still provide a pleasant experience for the customer despite the chaos you may be experiencing with orders. I’ve moved to a small local pharmacy that actually greets me as I enter and assist with helping me find the best price for my prescription meds. Do better!
