- DMDustin MurphyJun 19, 20265.0Friendly crew always working hard. Some people have unrealistic expectations. If you look over anytime you’re in that Kroger, they are all busting it. I’ve never had any issues (other than prior authorizations) which is 100% not their fault. That’s greedy insurance companies. Love our Hillcrest Kroger Pharmacy crew.

- SNSyd NelMay 23, 20231.0Everyone says different things, the automated system is never synced up to what they have in their computers, there is only one lady in there that isn’t totally rude….don’t do it to yourself seriously. It’s by far the closest pharmacy so I’ve had to use them for years & im about to drive further to avoid it bc truly, good luck getting any kind of help here. I wish I knew the name of the one nice lady that works there but she’s a young lovely brunette. 2/10 pharmacy.
- NANatalie AllredApr 10, 20231.0My experience when using them ended on a bad note. Please keep in mind the hippa law. They called my doctor and told them I was double dipping. I have since fired my doctor, because he called them in, not me. And the pharmacist wanna be even called my boss. Keep in mind I'm not on any controlled medication, they need to get rescheduled. I am a lawyer and I have been made aware they receive their generic drugs from Sinaloa, the Mexican cartel. Get any of your meds you get from them, buy a drug test and fentenyl will show up, as well as rat poison. Oh, I'm also a pharmacist.
