The instructors are knowledgeable, provide clear instructions, and do a great job challenging you while helping you improve your form. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I also appreciate the flexible class schedule and the fun special events they organize. It's a great place to stay active, build strength, and enjoy your workouts!
