- DPDavid Peters5 days ago5.0Went to a mat class here and was super impressed how good the instructors are at correcting form, i felt safe pushing myself but never overwhelmed and the energy in the room was GREAT. everything moves quick but you actually feel it the next day, like in a good way. definitely coming back next week for another session.

Seems improbable something can meet the needs of both beginners or advanced people but Club Pilates meets the challenge. Just start….. ask questions….. try different classes. Ryan is my favorite teacher because of his detailed instruction, amazing music, and great laugh! No harm in trying…… my guess is Club Pilates (two locations) will help you feel better!!!
