Arrived today for my new patient appointment.. I put 1:30 down in my calendar instead of the real appointment time of 1:15, my mistake. As I was driving there, I noticed the correct time in a reminder text they sent me. In that same message it said to call if you would be more than 15 minutes late so I called, being that I had my times mixed up which was 100 percent MY FAULT, the man that answered said okay, I’ll let them know so I proceeded to head to the appointment. When I got there the lady at the front desk was far from pleasant when I asked if she could look up my insurance or I could look it up on the app, she continued to shake her head and tell me that I was told to bring it when I made an appointment.. and I let her know that I wasn’t told that but could look it up myself quickly. She continued to ramble and talk to me in a tone like I was a child. After already being here for 10-15 minutes she says “your appointment was at 1:15, it’s 1:55”, aloud instead of calling me up to the desk and that we only give 15 minutes. I let her know that I had the times confused plus I’ve been here for 10 minutes atleast already and that the man should’ve just told me to reschedule when I called telling that I would be late. For someone who has avoided the doctors office from past traumatic experiences, the last thing I wanted was to feel scolded and embarrassed. Yes I was late but I also called and would have had no problem rescheduling during that call. Treat everyone with kindness.. ya never know!

I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience and do not plan to return. In February, I visited this clinic while feeling unwell and was tested for COVID-19 and influenza. The testing process itself was very brief, and after waiting alone in the room for about 15 minutes, I spent only 3 minutes with the APRN. My results were negative, and I was sent home with a prescription for a nasal spray. What concerns me most is that my insurance was billed $861 for this visit. Given the limited time spent on evaluation and the straightforward nature of the care provided, this charge feels excessive and difficult to justify. Greater transparency around billing and services is not just beneficial—it is essential for maintaining patient trust and accountability.

I have been a patient of Dr. Allison Richardson for about 15 years. She is my primary care physician, but she has grown over the years. She’s had to expand her practice with other business professionals. APRN Kristyn Lambert Is an amazing nurse practitioner. While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. I WAS SO GRATEFUL, not only for Gabrielle, but Audra who quickly stepped in to get me in and work fast and efficiently to help get me out of the clinic in record time. There were a few other ladies at the clinic that I did not get their names, but you can see they work together, care about each other and care about their patience’s. A true DREAM TEAM! Dr. Allison Richardson has extended her practice to a new location which is located on R street, in the Heights., Little Rock. This is where the new staff is, but the original location which is on Chenal Pkwy has equally wonderful staff members as well. You can never go wrong if you go to either location.
