  They eye clinic is the worst. Also, check in in the morning is ridiculous. I got here a little early thinking we would be ok to get into our our appointment, nope. Had to wait in the long line. Then the receptionist told us we would have to wait a long time because of us being "late". I called the. And told them we were here.

  I love this hospital. My son has been there twice. First when he was born and had to be flown down and again recently at the age of 5 for a broken arm. Every time we are there they are great about caring not just for my sons needs but for mine as well. Always answer questions and make my son laugh and make him feel as comfortable as possible. Super great staff. I recommend anyone to go to Children’s for their child’s care.

  If you ever find yourself needing the Arkansas Children's Hopsital, you won't be disappointed. Our experience there was great, friendly parking attendant who helped us find the right parking lot because we were lost, free valet parking, anybody we asked a question of answered it throughly. The staff was all about us, anything they could do to help they did. We greatly appreciate it.

  This place has no courtesy or care for people's lives. They will wait until just a couple days before a surgery you've had scheduled for 6 months to call you and say "we have to reschedule because we don't have the supplies" do you guys understand that people have jobs and lives and it's very hard to take off of work for a long period of time for your child's surgery. You guys are ruining people's livelyhoods and should be ashamed.
