- JMJamie Matthews6 days ago5.0Seen quickly and when told we would need to wait a couple of weeks and come back, I got no pushback when I asked if he could be seen sooner because we were told his eye issue should have already cleared up. They got us scheduled for the next day.
- SSShamarrionJun 26, 20262.0They did a pointless renovation, just to make the place look "modern" I guess. The person at the front when you check in was not helpful with directions saying take the blue elevator instead of her saying go to the elevator and take 1R to the very bottom....the set up is confusing and the new staff is not helpful. The guy in the ENT check in with the puff ball and lipgloss seemed like he didn't want to be there. It was no point in changing this hospital and adding helpless workers that just want a paycheck.

When your child has a bleeding disorder and is recommended by Arkansas Children’s Hematologist to be seen after a good fall you would think waiting 3 hours isn’t okay. But we did. Waiting after a head trauma? Absolutely disappointing for child care let alone child emergency care. Very disorganized. Millions of dollars put into “renovations”, hospital might look great definitely not putting children in need first. We DO NOT need an indoor basketball court with glass windows!!! We need to be seen at a reasonable time and leaving no questions unanswered. Be better not for the adults that can leave these reviews, be better for the children that need you!
- CMCrystal McphersonJun 12, 20265.0Starting at the ER we was seen in no time. Everybody was nice. My daughter was admitted we was there for 5 days on the 4th floor (green zone). Everybody from the Doctors, Nurses, and Housekeeping was really great. Y'all went above and beyond for my daughter. Every last one of them showed me that they really care for there patients. The cafeteria was great and had a lot of smiling faces. One guy that cooked the burgers stood out because he had everybody laughing. If you was having a bad day he would make you smile. This hospital is #1 in my books. ♥️♥️♥️
