  Addus was very prompt at sending out someone to help my 96-year-old friend. But that's where the service stopped. The employees, many of them , did not know how to handle an elderly person. She had multiple bruises. They were late almost every day with some reason or another and somedays they just didn't show up at all and this is with four different care people from their company. The last one was our last straw. Dirty dishes were in the oven, and the air fryer was a fire hazard. Yes, I took pictures. The refrigerator had weeks of spilled product in the bottom it was a sticky mess. Could not tell what was fresh or what was old in the refrigerator. The garbage hadn't been taken up to the curb for at least two weeks and a good thing. There were four garbage bags in the outside bin. Each bag had silverware plates and parts of the food processor. I called the company and they were very difficult to get a hold of. No one answered the phone. And it was business hours. When I finally reached them two days later, I asked for a supervisor to come out to the house immediately to see what was done. And I was told, once again, that there was no supervisor available. There was never a supervisor available when I wanted to talk to one ,when I wanted to show something, thus the reason to have the the four different workers. And the statement we just don't have anybody. It's not like we live in the sticks. We're in the city of Jacksonville. Do not hire this company, they are not who you want to be taking care of your loved one .

  My mom has been with this company for years and her caregivers have been wonderful to her and take care of her needs Monday through Friday. Were very happy with this company.
