I have been calling over and over for the past 2 hours and all it does is ring.” I concur with this review that they do not answer their phone. I’ve called several times this month, each time let it ring for at least 5 minutes and no one has ever answered the phone.

- GBGena BrownJun 9, 20264.0Great service. After the first donation, they get you into the back for donation promptly. The payment for a donation is usually immediate. It really helps to use the online questionnaire portal before arriving. My only complaints are: 1) there was one time when we were told we'd receive a certain amount for the donation, but received less. However, they did compensate us for this oversight. And 2) it's very difficult to get someone on the phone when calling. Overall, though, I recommend KEDPLASMA!
