I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel it’s warranted.
My sister and I drove two hours to The Good Feet Store in Jonesboro last Sunday and arrived around 2:22 p.m. The doors were locked, no employees were inside, and no notice was posted explaining why the store was closed. I called the listed phone number several times and never received an answer or a return call.
Thinking it was just a one-time occurrence, my sister scheduled an appointment for the following Sunday at 2:30 p.m. After making another two-hour drive, we arrived to find the exact same situation—the store was locked, no one was there, and the phone number in my sister’s appointment confirmation is actually disconnected.
At this point, my frustration isn’t just about a missed appointment. It’s about the complete lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. If the store is closed, update your business hours. If appointments need to be canceled, notify your customers. If the phone number has changed, update it.
Driving a total of eight hours over two weekends, spending money on gas, and rearranging my schedule twice only to arrive at a locked building is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this business improves its communication so others don’t experience the same inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Good Feet Store in Jonesboro.
Last Sunday, I drove two hours to visit the store. I arrived at approximately 2:22 p.m., well within the posted business hours, only to find the doors locked and no one inside. I called the phone number listed for the store multiple times and left a voicemail, but no one answered, and I never received a callback.
Assuming it was an isolated incident, I scheduled an appointment for the following Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again. I drove two hours for a second time only to find the store closed with no explanation. To make matters worse, the phone number listed in my appointment confirmation email is disconnected, making it impossible to reach anyone.
I’m incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and the misinformation regarding the store’s hours of operation. Customers shouldn’t have to waste four hours of driving time, fuel, and their afternoon because a business isn’t open during its advertised hours or can’t be reached by phone.
If your hours have changed or the store is temporarily closed, please update your website, appointment system, and phone information. This experience was a complete waste of time and very disappointing.

The staff is very friendly, but avoid the product. They will basically sell you some foot arches that fit in shoes, for an extravagant amount of money. I bought their product and within a few weeks, my feet hurt so bad I couldn't walk. I went in for an 'adjustment' fitting after a month, but it didn't help. I took out the 'arches' and it took my feet about one week to get back to normal. So after trying this program and product for six weeks, it SUCKS! I'll be making payments on $2000+ of products that I can't use.
Go to this place at your own risk!
