Thinking it was just a one-time occurrence, my sister scheduled an appointment for the following Sunday at 2:30 p.m. After making another two-hour drive, we arrived to find the exact same situation—the store was locked, no one was there, and the phone number in my sister’s appointment confirmation is actually disconnected. At this point, my frustration isn’t just about a missed appointment. It’s about the complete lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. If the store is closed, update your business hours. If appointments need to be canceled, notify your customers. If the phone number has changed, update it. Driving a total of eight hours over two weekends, spending money on gas, and rearranging my schedule twice only to arrive at a locked building is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this business improves its communication so others don’t experience the same inconvenience.
