Shane explained things in an understandable way and made sure I understood my audio test results and what he recommended.

I was impressed with Crystal, and Shane. They were both very cordial. While I was waiting for my appointment, a client walked in -without an appointment - and they took the time to help him. Good business! He was an existing client and I was a prospect. Because I ran my own office for 20 years, I knew he was making a good decision. I was also impressed that he wore a tie. I wore one every business day for 42 years, even though my colleagues had stopped that practice years before. Shane was VERY professional and informative. Even though I was shopping prices around town, they moved to the top of my list - and I haven’t gotten a definitive price yet. Looking forward to my next visit.
