  Shane and Crystal are friendly, top-notch professionals. Shane is caring and thorough when he explains the results of the hearing tests and knowledgeable about the available settings and programs that can be added to make your hearing as good as is possible. Shane explains to you exactly how to use your hearing aids, and the tests are so updated to more than I could ever imagine from the last time. Keep it up I will not go anywhere else for the best hearing ever.

  The eye doctor was very thorough and explained in detail which hearing aids I would most benefit from. He did not just try to sell me on the highest dollar set. They also offer for you to come back weekly to get adjusted to your new hearing, and not just throw you to the wolves to adapt on your own. I appreciate that and they absolutely did follow through with the gift card as promised. When I make my decision and am ready to go with hearing aids, I will most definitely purchase them here! side note: My husband and mother in law both have had this service done from other suppliers before and never received the very thorough treatment and diagnostic I received here during my testing. Thank you guys for your professionalism and your attention to details and concern for your patients needs. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about getting hearing aids, give these guys the opportunity to earn your business!! Bettina Crumpton
