  I have had experiences with other groups such as Home Instead company. They are always there on time, they send excellent help, they do everything from cook, clean, take care of our loved one while giving confidence to improve on doing this for themselves, they help to teach getting up alone and sitting and standing alone in chairs and out of bed, they follow up on therapy at home that’s given at PT, they teach them to dress themselves, they all cook fabulous , balanced meals, nutrition is important, they go the extra mile. We could not be more pleased with the help Home Instead has provided and the progress our loved one has made under their care. Thank you Home Instead for all the help you have supplied in making our loved one whole again. It has been a hard road and we could not have accomplished it without your help. Thank you so much for all your cooperation and guidance. I could not recommend a better care taking facilitator.

  We chose Home Instead in January 2019 for my mother who suffered from dementia because of problems we had with another company. It is my pleasure to recommend Home Instead. They sent kind, professional, and caring people who took excellent care of my mother. These caregivers treated her like their own mother. In any situation like this, small problems can arise from time to time. Anytime there was an issue, it was addressed in a timely manner. My mother died peacefully in her home last week under the care of Home Instead. I am so grateful that Mama was able to stay in her home thanks in part to these wonderful people.

  If I were to say that everything always went Five Star you would know that it was a lie. I’m sure there were times when the wonderful caregivers were frustrated and put out and I know there were times when things didn’t go the way I wanted it to go. But I can tell you that over the last two year there was 5 Stars service. When there was a problem and I called to tell the office there was a problem it was fixed to my satisfaction. And I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you about Ms Fran. Ms Fran took such great care of my mama that I told her if she wanted to move to California and stay with mom if would be fine with me. Thank you Home Instead, you great caregivers, and especially you Ms Fran for the past two years.

  Our case required more than just companionship. Service was provided by caring individuals who were well trained. Would recommend to others and would call on them in the future if the need arises.
