    Making an appointment was easy and timely. When I arrived the door was locked and a staff member came and unlocked the door. All of the staff kept a mask on at all times. The exam was extensive. It showed that I had very little hearing loss but they put a pair of hearing aids in to show that the sound would be crisper which was amazing to me. Even though I chose not to get hearing aids yet they remained very pleasant and never tried the hard sell. I would recommend them to everyone.
