Staff are rude and act like helping you is a bother to them. They will refuse to assist you at all unless you show a valid physical paper prescription and won't assist you at all in obtaining that. Don't ever go here if you want to be seen by a professional.

They got the prescription correct. They got the glasses wrong. They also got over a thousand dollars from me. My wife and I can't read with their product. Find some place else to get glasses. As another point of reference the store can’t stand a negative review. So it apologizes on line to impress on you it will do the right thing. As part of that they provide me with a link to help solve my problem. I go to the corporate link and am put on hold with phones, dropped phone calls and wrong departments. No, the link just makes you angry, it doesn’t help. Most important, the “owner“ that answered my review has my information from the sale. If they were honest and serious, why not contact me directly to fix the problem? Answer: they already have a lot of my money. Any time or effort they spend to fix my problem will not benefit them. It’s easier to virtue signal than keep a customer. Again, do yourself a favor…. Buy glasses anywhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
