  Listen they were jam packed with people when we came in but they moved through us all quick and we didn't have to wait long. They also had our prescription lenses on hand and our glasses were ready for pickup in 2 hours. 5 stars from me🥰

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Eyemart Express, and I especially want to recognize Lance for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive with me and my daughters. Lance did an amazing job helping my daughter choose her glasses. He knew exactly how to guide her toward styles she liked while also helping us find options that were a great value. We actually ended up getting two pairs, including the extras we wanted, and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping us get the most for our money without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was his patience and the way he interacted with my daughter. He made her feel comfortable, included, and confident in her choices. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides this level of genuine customer service. Lance is a fantastic representative of Eyemart Express, and we really appreciate the time and care he put into helping our family. Thank you, Lance, for making our experience so easy and enjoyable! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  three months ago came in with new prescription. Got pair cost over $400. made they messed up my tri folcle and couldn't see any distance. went back to wearing old pair that weren't much better. few weeks ago went to VA after all kind of photos eye pressures and Cataract checked they sent me new glasses no change in prescription but I can see perfect. I basically waisted nearly $1000 last 2 yrs you totally lost my business. rate 2 out of 10

  Stephanie was absolutely perfect. Her knowledge and friendliness were just what I needed. She guided me through picking out frames, telling me about the sale going on which allowed me to get a pair of sunglasses as well as my daily wear glasses. Excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Eyemart again.
