  This gym is very clean and organized with like new equipment and good air conditioning. The staff is very helpful at getting you to sign up for service, or upsell you on private training. This is were the positives end. The staff is not very helpful when it comes to asking for help or asking them to show you something. I always got the feeling I was bothering them, and they would always pass me off to somebody else. There very freindly, in more of a corporate way, like its forced and they actually hate the place. I finally had to cancel my membership after a very overwhelming upsell for a personal trainer. I literally just asked for them to show me a second kettle bell excersize, and next thing you know im being grilled about why I am really there, and how much better I could be doing. I beg you to make sure they show you the contract before you agree to anything. Its a huge rip off. 30 minutes for 60 bucks, and you have to lock in for 12 months. I canceled before my first session, without any trial or showing me any of the resources till after the grace window is over to cancel, i cant commit to nearly $1500, we'll played its a good bait and switch tactic, good thing I always read the fine print.

  This place is stocked and actually friendly. Staff greeted us the first time we walked in. Staff reached out to be sure I knew about and used the free first time coaching session to get started right. They still greet me every time I walk in and reach out regularly. They have everything I need to work out and chill out. Love the hydromassage after working out!

  10gym has a Promotion going on right now but the advertisement for the 3 day trial is deceptive. The advertisement leads perspective members to believe they can utilize all the amenities: tanning, message chairs, sauna, showers, etc. The promotion is so deceptive that at least one of the employee's believed you could access all the amenities too. However when returning for day 2 of the free trial the assistant manager informed me that the trial does not include the message chairs or the tanning beds. Even called the manger and got a vague run around and conflicting explanation. The manager demonstrated an attitude suggesting i was only there for the tanning and refused to let me tan for a second time on day two. Neither the manager nor assistant manager seemed very interested in keeping a potential member satisfied or wanted to give me a true 10gym trial. The explanations of why I couldn't utilize all the amenities of the gym Ruined my trial experience and made me mad enough to give them an overall FAIL. 10 gym uses deceptive marketing, offers false free trials, and needs to train their employees better or at least get them all on the same page. I would never buy a membership at 10gym after my brief experience with the place. The assistant manager did conduct herself in a professional manner and I give her a 5 star review but the overall business practice of 10gym is sour.
