- LNlori newell1 day ago5.0I am a member of 10 Gym in Fort Smith. I do like this gym. It is clean, well maintained and they are updating equipment regularly. I have used their personal training associates-Lighthouse fitness too. I did enjoy my fitness training sessions too. I did need to cancel my contract with Lighthouse Fitness before the end of my contract. My account was handled by John with Lighthouse fitness and he delivered in everything he said he would do for me concerning my cancellation. I don’t know his last name but he visits the gym regularly, like a regional manager. The manager of 10 gym, Micheal, got us in touch with each other to rectify my issue.and John handled it with professionalism. I will continue my membership at 10 gym in Fort Smith.
- AMAshlee Milton2 days ago5.0The staff is kind in the mornings when I go and am still barely awake and they match energy when you walk in later in the day in a great way. I chose this gym because I appreciate that it is staffed 24 hours a day. If I drop weights on myself, I didn't want to worry that I would die waiting for someone to find me when staff came in the next morning. The high number of machines, private spaces, and free weights gives me more courage to try new workouts. This place is a confidence builder. Highly recommend.
