  Ms. Donna Collins is the best woman I have ever met in my life. She went way above and beyond to help me. Weatherford Texas failed me on helping me hear. Donna Collins went way above her job description to not only help me, but because she did what she did for me, I can hear noises that I have never ever been able to hear in my entire life. I am 55 years old and I have talked so loud since I can remember, I had an ear surgery when I was 51/2 years old that left me deaf in my left ear and I could barely hear out of my right ear. I had specialist tell me hearing aids would never help me. Thanks to Donna Collins in Fayetteville, Ar., I can hear in both my ears. This gift that the Lord above and Ms. Donna Collins gave me is totally amazing. Thank you Lord Jesus and Ms. Donna Collins I can never thank y'all enough. Staci Hott Springfield, Mo.

  NHC staff are very courteous, kind, compasionate and very knowledgeable! Ive had hearing problems as far back as I can remember. The surgeries didnt improve the hearing loss. I LOVE my hearing aids! I can understand my grandchildren and others around me without having them repeat what they were saying several times. I remind the people I am around to please lower their voices because they were so used to speaking to me loudly. I didn't realize how much I was missing out on. Thank you NHC!

  I was very pleased with their friendliness from walking in the door to checking out. Both Jennifer & Shelli were so obliging & patient with all of my questions and needs. My hearing exam was done by Shelli, one of the Audiologist. She was awesome in explaining the anatomy of the ear and in reference to how the ear functions for hearing and how the hearing test would be performed. I had a hearing test at a competitor about 4 years ago. Their Audiologist didn't go into depth or detail it out, like Shelli @ Miracle Ear!! I was completely amazed with the New knowledge and process. The competitor did find hearing loss but told me they didn't make hearing aids to fit my need. I learned today, that wasn't factual and that my hearing had deteriorated even more in the overall testing & the visual charting on the graph. I knew my physical hearing had really depleted in the last 4 years. Unfortunately, I do need hearing aids, both ears. I'm uniquely aging and disabled and a restrictive budget. Shelli went over multiple hearing aid options, their pros & cons, pricing and multiple financing options. I was completely amazed in the family style customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely go back once I decided on my overall best option. I would highly recommend Miracle Ear and Shelli as you're Audiologist for your hearing test and/or hearing aid needs. They make you feel very comfortable & genuinely concerned to your overall well being. I even got turned around in locating their office this morning. I called the phone number listed in Google and got their main office. She was Absolutely Awesome too! She was physically in another state, pulled the Fayetteville address and directed me right to the business address, by phone. She was also very family friendly and a tremendous help navigating me back on track to my scheduled appointment. Overall Excellent Customer & Professional service! Thank you ladies for making my experience so pleasant. Lol, with the exception of needing hearing aids that was out of your control.

  I recommend This place to get your hearing checked. Very thorough & Dr Paul answered every question we asked. They will also do their very best to help you get your hearing aids if you need them. Thank you Dr Paul.
