  Ms. Donna Collins is the best woman I have ever met in my life. She went way above and beyond to help me. Weatherford Texas failed me on helping me hear. Donna Collins went way above her job description to not only help me, but because she did what she did for me, I can hear noises that I have never ever been able to hear in my entire life. I am 55 years old and I have talked so loud since I can remember, I had an ear surgery when I was 51/2 years old that left me deaf in my left ear and I could barely hear out of my right ear. I had specialist tell me hearing aids would never help me. Thanks to Donna Collins in Fayetteville, Ar., I can hear in both my ears. This gift that the Lord above and Ms. Donna Collins gave me is totally amazing. Thank you Lord Jesus and Ms. Donna Collins I can never thank y'all enough. Staci Hott Springfield, Mo.

  I was given Miracle Ear hearing aides by a dear friend when her mother passed away, which was a huge gift to me. Donna at Fayetteville Miracle Ear talked me through the buy-in process, fitted and tuned them for me, and off I went. I should have listened to her better! When defeat was looming (they just didn't fit! they were hard to wear! complain instead of practice...) Donna called me, got me to come in with out ever nagging me a bit, and refit my devices, and retuned them, too. She had told me to call, to come back in, that they would need to be readjusted, and I highly advise that she should be listened to! She, and my hearing aides, are great. I wear them all the time, even when home alone. They have been "life changing" (I usually don't like that term, but here it suits) for me: No more missing out, no more pretending to hear, no more constant asking what. Call Donna at Miracle Ear- save up and spend the ding dang money, y'all, and let this professional, funny, and kind woman get you on the path to hearing. I can't recommend her highly enough.   I have always had great service at the Fayetteville Store. Service has been great and my aids work wonderfully. I love the follow up service. The store has had several techs since I bought my first pair and they have all been very helpful.
