  We are new to NW Arkansas, we moved here from Wisconsin the end of last June. My wife and son both needed new glasses. We had no idea where to go for good glasses at a fair price. My brother-in-law recommended Eyemart Express. We looked at glasses where they had their exams, but it would have been over $400 a pair, so around $800 or more. So we went to Eyemart Express to look. We were greated when we walked in and they took our name as they were very busy. My wife looked on her own and I helped our son, who found a pair of frames he loved almost right away and they were much, much cheaper than the other place. My wife found 2 pair she liked also. When we sat down with Carlos, we explained we had just started looking so we wanted everything priced with my wife's insurance first, and he said no problem. Our son has problems with bright sunlight so we get him the transition lenses, plus he has really bad astigmatism so he needs the polycarbonate lenses. After Carlos took the time to price his glasses several ways, we were happy we could get all the options he needed at a very,very fair price. Carlos said our son could get a second pair for free with certain frames, so he looked and he found a pair he liked alot also, we had those made as just a badic pair. Then he went thru all the options and prices fir my wife's glasses and we were again able to afford all the options she wanted including the transitions and the progressive lenses. She also got a second basic pair if hers got damaged. She is a pera special ed teacher, so her glasses get knocked off her face several tines a day. After Carlos took so much time pricing everything without getting frustrated as most people would have, we ended up getting 4 pairs of glasses for less than 1 pair at the other place. He also told us the glasses would be done in a couple of hours. I cannot say enough about how great Carlos was! All the other employees were also very kind and helpful. I will definitely go back and get my glasses this year from Eyemart Express. Thank you so much to Carlos and everyone else for being so wonderful.

  Omggg Darian is SO cool!! She helped me pick out my glasses and knew what would suit me perfectly. SO relieved by how fast the service was, how knowledgeable she is; there were NO dumb questions, although I had a few 😅 I’ve had glasses since I was 9, so over 20 years and no one was ever as detailed and meticulous as Darian. enjoyable bubbly personality, and literally ALL of the staff there were super friendly and inviting. I’d recommend this place to anyone! Also, reasonable Walmart prices for most of the glasses 🥳
