First of all there are no complaints as to the employee that waited on us( I think it was Tommy). He was friendly & professional. She followed the daily steps or process by the instructions provided. Long story short, they did not help her at all! If anything they made matters worse. She made an appointment with a Podiatrist & he provided her with some information, & items to use along with physical therapy. It has helped her tremendously. Needless to say we feel that this is a fairly large sum of money not to have done anything to help the ailment in her feet. I have to be perfectly honest, I was a little skeptical as to us paying this much for something to help her condition but my immediate concern was to help resolve her ailment. As it turns out the skepticism became reality.
