If anyone needs lessons on how to properly gaslight a woman with medical issues, then this is your guy! Every single one of my concerns were blatantly and rudely dismissed and I was told its pretty much all in my head. It's honestly hard to remeber every little thing he said because I was seriously in such a state of shock that this was actually happening. I will say he is pretty smart but all he looked like to me at the end of my appointment was a little man with a very dismissive attitude, a God complex, who liked tearing women down and seeing them cry. He literally had a mirror in his drawer that he pulled out and held in front of my face to tell me "this is who you need to talk to" so yeah if I could leave 0 stars I would. All I can say is, ladies if youre looking for a professional ENT doc to properly address your concerns, PLEASE look elsewhere!! Also why arent nurses coming into these appointments with him at this point?? Because I see im not the only one who feels the same way.

Dr. Marrero was very rude, kept talking over me, I wanted to walk out the first five minutes and I should of listened to my instinct and done so. I owe 250.00 for the visit and I will never never go back! Noone I mean Noone should be treated this way!! I should of looked at the reviews and I am sorry that I didn't! There are too many people he has treated this way and now you can add me to the list!!! It's Doctors like this that make people not want to try to get help! Thanks for nothing but more fear for getting help!!! And an added bill for nothing!

I had made an appointment months ago but missed the first time and called to reschedule. They were good about that although I never received an actual confirmed address. When I left to travel I picked one of the two different addresses online. The reviews were good for Dr. Marrero. I noticed he also had expertise with skin which I am having issues with for over three years besides an ear concern. This increased desirabiIity so I thought worth the two hour drive. I arrived about five minutes late and filled out the remainder of a texted link for an online check in I had started at home. When I was being taken back to see the doctor an unbadged woman ushered me into a room that was without any equipment or examination instruments anywhere or viewer for my X-rays which I said I wanted to view at the reception window. No medical stuff at all and the room (Suite 4 she said) was extremely small. She shut the door to get him really fast. I had a claustrophobic trepidating feeling with the door being shut in such a small room without windows. I was also concerned that I was asked a medical question at the window ("What medications do you take?") I told her "That's all in the online submission, None, I'm too healthy." Having had strange and unusual occurrences at previous appointments in the past two years - I decided to leave. In fact I really almost didn't go because of prior experiences. In fact I was putting the doctor's name in appropriate place on my sign in line and was told I didn't have to do that just like at a prior place I visited. That was odd and first red flag. I'll just continue to take good care of myself and forego questions at window foyer areas. Possibly it's 5G installed close to the house right before ringing started. I'll find out when I move away I guess. I hope the doctor understands if he reads this. 👂👃👅 Here is my edit: The nurse or woman without a badge, lab coat said it was Suite 4 but it was probably not a suite and an error on her part. It was a tiny room in a straight line from the waiting room door. I told her why I was there when asked for the second time (earlier at window I was asked) When I asked her name she said "Lauren" and shut the door quickly because I asked why no uniform or badge? Also someone was within earshot sitting with her companion in waiting area where I was standing when asked what my meds are which was quite inappropriate. If you had access to the submission you would have kniown I have none unless you are not that person who was referred to as "office manager" who asked me. Why would the offkice manager want to question that at the window?? It's odd. My review is correct and what I experienced first hand. Why was the folder taken from me for ten minutes if it wasn't being copied? Also odd. I should not be "discharged" because I never was a patient there or seen by doctor and officially cancelled and aborted the meeting with the doctor when I walked out of that tiny room and told you so. ANOTHER EDIT: I received an email from clinic saying you were glad to see there was another "reputable" clinic I disagree with. **** I was going to answer you but you blocked my email address and reads as follows: That clinic sent me X-rays which I have paid $400 for, a pano and CT scan which was with me to show your doctor like I told them at the window. That "reputable doctor" never showed me the CT scan. I don't know why you would be glad over someone's misfortune with attempts to be seen by intended doctor in a normal, professional way without unusual things being done.

After years of suffering stuffy noses, i am free! Went to Dr. Marrero after I had a sinus infection that had been through two rounds of antibiotics and still i was having so much facial pain and stuffiness. We opted to do balloon sinuplasty in office with only local anaesthetic. I felt like Dr. Marrero really took the time to be thorough. He asked many many questions and we even did allergy testing. I did not feel rushed along and had his full attention. He even called me one evening to personally tell me my testing results and again to check on me after my procedure. When I opted not to take the calming meds before the sinuplasty, he and his team were supportive and very encouraging throughout the procedure. He let me take breaks as needed and was very comforting. Before this, I literally could not blow my nose without it ruining the next two days with my sinuses getting so stuffy. Highly recommend him.
