  Wow! Randi is the best Hearing Specialist I have ever encountered. She listened to me and solved all the problems I have had with other providers. NOW I can Hear!! She puts your needs and priorities first and solves your problems. It's amazing how well she relates to your problems. She is So Personable you have to Love her!! Even my Wife was impressed. I would not recommend anyone besides AudioNova and Randy. All the office personnel were great!! I will be back when needed!!! Mike Cark

  AudioNova was very flexible with my trial period while testing the new generation of the Phonak Audeo Sphere Ultra along with the Roger On. After purchasing, Randi has scheduled several subsequent visits to fine tuning them. I am very satisfied with their services. This is my third pair of Phonak aids, each new generation has been great.
