I walked in with a lot of tension, but I felt so much better afterward—the ache in my glutes, hips, and back was completely gone. I highly recommend her classes!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and the studio is always warm and welcoming. If you get the chance to take a class with Chloe you should! She's been my favorite instructor and I love taking her Yoga Sculpt classes. 10/10 recommend this studio
