  Does it matter if I get on the Kroger app and pre-schedule my refill, even a week in advance and choose the earliest slot for the refill option. It is never ready, and when I try to call, they tell me it’s gonna be two hours or longer before I can pick it up. I take ADD meds, which are regulated and can only be refilled on a certain timeframe. I am only able to pick up my new month’s supply on day one. and having to wait several hours, especially on days when I have to go to work at 7 AM, is extremely inconvenient and can cause issues with me being able to feel fully functional at my job mentally. I’m not sure what the point of the app is, and scheduling your refill for 8 AM or 9 AM, and then when you call to see if your medication is ready to be picked up, and they tell you it’s going to be two hours. I have even called the day before to request them to please make sure and fill my prescription as soon as they open so that I can leave work and pick it up ASAP, and also because I don’t wanna be taking it very late in the day because it lasts 12 to 14 hours. Most of the people that I deal with at the pharmacy try to expedite the process and are very helpful, but there is one woman, and I can always tell by her voice it’s her, is always very rude and speaks with a tone that suggests that she’s irritated for, it sounds like she’s speaking to a child when she’s talking to the customers. Today it was time for me to pick up my medication. I had scheduled it on the app for 9 AM when they open, I called yesterday to make sure and explained that I work a 12- hour shift today 7a-7p, and could they please try to make sure that my medication was filled first thing in the morning. The girl was really nice, told me she was gonna leave a note and make sure that it would be ready for me. I left work and drove from Little Rock to come pick the medication up. I called on my way here And was told that it was currently processing and it would be 10 to 15 minutes, which would be about how long it would take me to get there. When I pull up to the window, it is the woman who was always rude and talks very condescending. Her name is Rebecca. and she tells me it’s gonna be 45 minutes how does it take 45 minutes to put 30 pills in a bottle when I a week ago put it on the app, scheduled it

  Terrible customer service, often very rude. Never on time, even after calling several hours ahead. Somehow, even with no line there is always a “10-15 minute wait”. (Usually a good 30-45 minutes)
