  Absolute joke of a medical practice. On multiple occasions they failed to fill prescriptions due to the doctor out of office and there being zero processes or systems in place to handle things when she was out. On multiple occasions myself or family members were left hanging over the weekend due to them failing to fulfill prescriptions in time. The call in system is “leave a voicemail - we might get to it today, we might not”. They also tend to act annoyed when you call to check in, never alluding to the fact that maybe check ins aren’t necessary if they called back or had a system in place to notify patients of the status of things. I’ve never seen a business operate like it’s the 1970s, especially a medical practice. If you do decide to use this place, just know ahead of time that you will never get an update on anything or know what’s going on, and they take offense whenever you ask. This place is absolute disgrace to professionalism, and will leave you and your family members hanging based on the doctors emotional volatility that was apparent and a lack of systems in place to operate and function while she’s gone - which is OFTEN. I can’t count how many times I heard “well the doctor is out for 2-3 days, she will tend to it when she gets back”. Ridiculous.

  I have been going here for about 30 or more years . I started using Dr. Morgan about 6 years ago . I liked him at first but he has gotten terriable and doesn’t listen and always in a hurry when you see him!! When you call his nurse Savannah she is extremely rude and usually doesn’t help with what you even called for. I am looking for a new doctor and I hope they know they are losing patients !

  I had been waiting on diagnostic test results. I have been really anxious and worried about them. A medical assistant called me and not Dr.Morgan. She just said that I was ok but if I wanted the further recommended testing I could wait until later on and call and make another appointment to come in . Then they would send me for the further testing that was recommended. The whole process is unprofessional and this physician is non-caring and in a hurry always! I have been in the medical field over 20 years and this is very bad practice! Definitely looking for a new PCP!
