- EWElizabeth WilsonAug 17, 20231.0I am switching pharmacies. This staff is so rude and unprofessional. They won't answer the phone or return calls and don't mind telling you off. Half the time they don't have what you need in stock. I've kept them because it's hard to change, but I am finally changing. Update: I got home one day, 50 miles from pharmacy and had heart medication that I dont even take, with my name on it. Called pharmacy, they apparently swapped labels on prescriptions somehow because mine was gone. They had no way of knowing who didn't get the medication I had, or who got mine. Both could be dangerous to patients if they took what they got. Pharmacist shook it off as if it was nothing and told me to just discard the medication I had. I had to get Dr to call pharmacy to verify what my prescription was. I have since left this pharmacy, but looking through reviews, saw I should update
