  Was with my father to get his meds, because once again he got a message saying meds were ready when they weren't. Same meds he gets every 30 days. The woman was rude, and unprofessional. I myself have had the same issues as well as my sister. He's doing what the rest of us have and will start using Bryants. I highly suggest going elsewhere. On top of everything else they've now tried giving my father his and another person's meds. My father did the simple act of reading the name on the bottle something pharmacist there are incapable of i guess

  The meds are never filled on time even when called in advance. It’s always it’ll be 15-20 minutes. When a patient is on hospice time precious.

  I am switching pharmacies. This staff is so rude and unprofessional. They won't answer the phone or return calls and don't mind telling you off. Half the time they don't have what you need in stock. I've kept them because it's hard to change, but I am finally changing. Update: I got home one day, 50 miles from pharmacy and had heart medication that I dont even take, with my name on it. Called pharmacy, they apparently swapped labels on prescriptions somehow because mine was gone. They had no way of knowing who didn't get the medication I had, or who got mine. Both could be dangerous to patients if they took what they got. Pharmacist shook it off as if it was nothing and told me to just discard the medication I had. I had to get Dr to call pharmacy to verify what my prescription was. I have since left this pharmacy, but looking through reviews, saw I should update

  The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and rude. I will never go there again. I was going to get my prescriptions transferred there to save money, but the girl that answered said they were covered up and to call back later! Customer friendly, NO! This pharmacy is a joke!
