  This is Randy Green. Underwent cataract surgery by Dr Lowery in December. Proper protocol was not followed taking the eye measurements pre surgery. When this detail was brought to Dr Lowery’s attention, he said it would be fine and surgery took place as scheduled. Naturally, initial surgery was a failure due to wrong measurements and I had to immediately go through a second procedure to correct the mistake. Needless to say, the second surgery to remove wrong lense and replace with correct lense was not pleasant. While I can see out of the surgically corrected eye, I now have a bad glare which makes it difficult to drive at night. While initially lead to believe the glare could be repaired with another procedure, I am now told that they can do nothing and I should invest in glasses that reduce glare. Never once received an apology through this ordeal. An apology would have gone a long way with me.

  Highly recommend Dr Henry. He is the best eye surgeon around. His staff is amazing also.

  The immediate hands on Staff that I dealt with is kind and eager to help. There are a few that need to come out of their shells. There is one person in the Staff that needs to be retrained in human relations. ( Prejudice and Discrimination is an indication of low self esteem and or ignorance ) My surgery is still on going. But I trust have to trust the expertise and knowledgeable approach.presented to make it work. One day at a time....
