  Trash service! They banned me because i was not fully paid and i had to wait until i got my full payment dispersed by a manager and i was upset expressing that i was late for work already they should have our payment fixed for the full amounts when we leave off the bed. The black ladies are the rudest ones at Kedplasma and they act like they are entitled to treat and talk to people the way they do! The best phlebotomist there is Angela ! Everyone else stick you like they got they license off of Temu!!!! 0/10 definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!

  The staff is awesome friendly as all get out and I joke with them everytime I donate. The program I'm on pays pretty decent and they have promotions every month for new and repeat donors which is awesome

  DO NOT COME HERE! THEIR MACHINES BREAK DOWN CONSTANTLY. Ive been going for about a year and a half and have had no problems until recently. Back in October, they deferred me for 8 weeks because their machine broke and couldn't return my blood. I return that December and all is fine until a month later and the exact same thing happened again! Now I can understand it happening once but twice on the same person in less than two months? Absolutely ridiculous! And I hate it too because they offer benefits for university students, monthly punch cards and membership points but whats the point of all that if the machines don't even work properly when you donate? Highly recommend going to some other plasma center. Thats what im gonna do when my 8 weeks are up.

  Wasted my time! Your nurse wouldn’t let me donate after wasting hours of my day! I was sent to a chair to donate then told I had to leave. I needed money to buy my kids Christmas. I was desperate. Made me go through that whole process just to get my hopes up. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
