  If I could give 0 stars, I would! The most disorganized and rude people I have ever dealt with. I have gone 3 times this week trying to become a new donor. The first time, no one ever helped me. The second time, I got there at 5:30 PM (they close at 7) and they refused to start the process because they “didn’t have time.” Today, I sat there for 3 hours while most of the staff walked around looking lost. I finally got signed up, got my weight taken, and then the nurse Charlene said, “Been eating good, haven’t you?” Like seriously, who says that to someone? It was completely unnecessary and rude. Then I was deferred for low iron, which I have never had an issue with before. My iron was only one point below their cutoff, and they refused to recheck it. This was a huge waste of my time. I came in trying to donate and help, but the entire experience was frustrating and disrespectful. It honestly felt like unless you’re someone who comes in regularly, you’re just given a hard time.

  This donation center is truly the best I’ve visited. The facility is clean, and the staff are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and caring. They work diligently to minimize wait times, and every question I had was answered clearly and with scientific detail. Thank you very much for the outstanding service. Respectfully, SH

  Came to donate today but was turned away because they said I needed a physical but they couldn't do it basically because they didn't have enough staff! This is beyond ridiculous! If the doors are open open handle your business! I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because of this locations poor management! Not expecting anything to change or get any feedback! Guess there's a reason I can't get a human being on the phone! Then the lady had the nerve to tell me I should have come earlier! Now I'm gonna lose out on $80 this week because I'll only be able to donate once!
