  This donation center is truly the best I’ve visited. The facility is clean, and the staff are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and caring. They work diligently to minimize wait times, and every question I had was answered clearly and with scientific detail. Thank you very much for the outstanding service. Respectfully, SH

  Came to donate today but was turned away because they said I needed a physical but they couldn't do it basically because they didn't have enough staff! This is beyond ridiculous! If the doors are open open handle your business! I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because of this locations poor management! Not expecting anything to change or get any feedback! Guess there's a reason I can't get a human being on the phone! Then the lady had the nerve to tell me I should have come earlier! Now I'm gonna lose out on $80 this week because I'll only be able to donate once!

  Trash service! They banned me because i was not fully paid and i had to wait until i got my full payment dispersed by a manager and i was upset expressing that i was late for work already they should have our payment fixed for the full amounts when we leave off the bed. The black ladies are the rudest ones at Kedplasma and they act like they are entitled to treat and talk to people the way they do! The best phlebotomist there is Angela ! Everyone else stick you like they got they license off of Temu!!!! 0/10 definitely would NOT RECOMMEND!

  The staff is awesome friendly as all get out and I joke with them everytime I donate. The program I'm on pays pretty decent and they have promotions every month for new and repeat donors which is awesome
