- DSDaniel SJun 20, 20251.0The eye exam was way too expensive even with vision insurance. Because I wanted to buy contact lenses from them after the exam, they charged a mandatory extra $50 for a "contact lens fitting" even though nothing in the exam had anything to do with me wearing contact lenses. It seems like a scam. So the eye exam ended up being around $100 with VSP insurance.
