Miranda at the front desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Mr. Cook was also amazing he was thorough, kind, and made my eye exam comfortable and easy to understand. The entire staff made me feel valued, and I left very happy with my visit. I highly recommend Friendly Eyes Optometry to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service!

He assured me if anything is wrong with the prescription once it's in the frames, to give him a call (I had that problem at another place). He took his time when I had trouble comparing the different lenses (where you say 1 or 2, 3 or 4 is better). Dr. Cook also explained my astigmatism, compared the new prescription to my old glasses, and gave me recommendations. The sweet receptionist was also the best. We chatted about styles and frames, and she helped me run my insurance. 10/10!
