  So expensive its ridiculous. The eye dr refuses to take insurance and the glasses part refuses to accept insurance discount. Ive been trying to get a pair made for weeks now they keep telling me they cant because of the style of glasses and now theyre claiming their machine is down, come back in weeks. Knowing they're the only ones in town that do same day and are just refusing to do it.

  This was my first time ever purchasing eyeglasses and Feride made this a wonderful experience! She was so patient, answered all of my questions, and made this a very easy process for me! I definitely give her a 10/10!

  It took me a day to calm down enough to write this review. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service, or witnessed a lazier employee than the person I encountered Thursday morning. Trying to get any information out of this worker was difficult and it was clear she really didn’t want to be there, let alone help us. Not great selection and pitiful staff made it clear I will never be back. Good luck to anyone shopping there.

  I tried to find glasses in Tuscaloosa and it was like I was begging to see glasses that were locked up, I’m guessing because they were higher priced. The employee never asked me how she could help me and showed zero customer service ability. I had to repeatedly ask her to open other cases. As soon as she opened one case, she would walk away and sit back down and look at her phone. Never asking what I was looking for or how she could help? How does this business continue?
