  Carissa is the absolute BEST!! I highly recommend her! She has been such a tremendous help in healing my lower back pain through myofascial release and providing relief from nightmares through reiki. She is so knowledgeable and talented at what she does, and I always feel so comfortable and cared for throughout each session! There’s truly nowhere else I’d rather go!

  As a fellow licensed massage therapist, I'm pretty picky when I book a massage. I was genuinely impressed with both Carissas technique and professionalism. She listened carefully to what I needed, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and helped relieve the tension I'd been dealing with. I left feeling noticeably better and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

  Carissa is a Godsend! I am so blessed to have found her. She is such a pro! I was diagnosed with a muscular condition years ago and she has been a vital part of my health routine and well-being. She's also a hoot! Such a lovely human being. Her concern for how I feel at our sessions and attention to problem areas provides such a relaxing and relieving experience. Do not hesitate to give her a call and schedule an appointment. Oh and she pays very close attention to scheduling details and communicates very professionally.   Amazing massage. I hurt my back and they were able to accommodate me and listen to what was wrong. It was very clean, welcoming, and she listened and tailored the massage to best help me. I booked another appointment before I left. Well worth it. Best place in Tuscaloosa.
