  As a fellow licensed massage therapist, I'm pretty picky when I book a massage. I was genuinely impressed with both Carissas technique and professionalism. She listened carefully to what I needed, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and helped relieve the tension I'd been dealing with. I left feeling noticeably better and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

  Carissa is a Godsend! I am so blessed to have found her. She is such a pro! I was diagnosed with a muscular condition years ago and she has been a vital part of my health routine and well-being. She's also a hoot! Such a lovely human being. Her concern for how I feel at our sessions and attention to problem areas provides such a relaxing and relieving experience.   Carissa is wonderful! She has helped me this past year as I have been recovering from major spine surgery. Her skill of Myofascial Massage has been a game changer for stuck tissue and getting me moving again. She listens to me and can adjust on the fly to try and help alleviate whatever pain I am having. Thankful to have found her and highly recommend her.
