  Carissa is wonderful! She has helped me this past year as I have been recovering from major spine surgery. Her skill of Myofascial Massage has been a game changer for stuck tissue and getting me moving again. She listens to me and can adjust on the fly to try and help alleviate whatever pain I am having. Thankful to have found her and highly recommend her.

  Words cannot express how amazing Carissa is. This was my third visit to her and I’m starting to be consistent and go to her once a month for myofacial massage. I have been in so much pain for years because I hold so much stress in my shoulders and Carissa always has me leaving there feeling like a new person. I’m excited to start doing more consistent therapeutic work with her so I can feel like a normal person again. And let me end by saying this, I have had massages from all around the world and I can honestly say that Carissa is in the top three of Massage Therapists that I’ve had in my life!

  Overall a great experience. Carissa is good at what she does, and she’s knowledgeable/professional. It never feels awkward, and I always leave feeling so much better. I highly recommend!

  Carissa is the best! I love going to her. I used to get massages from her before I moved and started coming back to her as soon as I moved back!
