Whether you prefer working out in an individual or group setting, we’ve got something for you. Founded in 2010 in Hoover, AL, 24e was opened by Wayne Alford. Having been a member of many gyms in the Birmingham area, Wayne knew the biggest concerns most people have when it comes to choosing a gym are costs, cleanliness, hours, and well-maintained equipment and facilities. He took those concerns & designed the first 24e location around them.
