  I have use Dr.kelly my whole life and I take my kids there I have never had an issue other than the wait time but today this all changed the Hispanic girl working the window needs to be replaced with someone who understands customer service. She has had an attitude and made my wife and kids sit there for 45min befor she got up to go check a paper just sat there playing her phone. She said she was going to check and see if my kids where a patient there but instead of looking sat there 45 min then when my wife asked if she found out she said there is people in front of them now tell me what dose having patient's in line to see the Dr have to do with you checking to see if my kids are patient's. If you dont like your job get a new one no one is making you stay there. If she had a bad day its understandable but your phone and social media is not that important!!

  I can’t say much for this place, seeing how I never made it past the disrespectful receptionist. As I was speaking to the receptionist, she had her head down and on her personal cell phone. I couldn’t understand what she was saying to me until she finally laid her cell phone down, rolled her eyes, and opened the window to repeat for the third time that they were no longer accepting patients for the day.

  Same experience as all previous reviewers. Rude receptionist and not willing to help the patient came in for a covid test and was told I didn't have the right insurance card. They REFUSED to even look at the insurance card given to them. News flash it was the correct card.

  Short wait times whether the Dr or the nurse practitioners. All very friendly and knowledgeable, plus competent.

  I have always got waited on promptly no longer than 10 or 15 minutes then nurses is fantastic and the doctors is very up and will tell you what they think and they will double check your chart I love it I have been treated very well
