- MTMatthew TidwellJul 25, 20265.0I came down with a virus and ear infection as it turns out. I dreaded going to the er for Meds. Thank God for this urgent care. I was in and out in just over an hour with a Rx for meds that actually helped. The staff and doctor were courteous and good at their jobs.
- DGDexter GroceApr 29, 20261.0I have use Dr.kelly my whole life and I take my kids there I have never had an issue other than the wait time but today this all changed the Hispanic girl working the window needs to be replaced with someone who understands customer service. She has had an attitude and made my wife and kids sit there for 45min befor she got up to go check a paper just sat there playing her phone. She said she was going to check and see if my kids where a patient there but instead of looking sat there 45 min then when my wife asked if she found out she said there is people in front of them now tell me what dose having patient's in line to see the Dr have to do with you checking to see if my kids are patient's. If you dont like your job get a new one no one is making you stay there. If she had a bad day its understandable but your phone and social media is not that important!!
