  I have use Dr.kelly my whole life and I take my kids there I have never had an issue other than the wait time but today this all changed the Hispanic girl working the window needs to be replaced with someone who understands customer service. She has had an attitude and made my wife and kids sit there for 45min befor she got up to go check a paper just sat there playing her phone. She said she was going to check and see if my kids where a patient there but instead of looking sat there 45 min then when my wife asked if she found out she said there is people in front of them now tell me what dose having patient's in line to see the Dr have to do with you checking to see if my kids are patient's. If you dont like your job get a new one no one is making you stay there. If she had a bad day its understandable but your phone and social media is not that important!!

  Are these folks perfect? No, but no one is. I have had wait times as long as an hour, but my kids and grandkids were always able to entertain themselves watching TV or playing a game on their tablet. I always carry a book with me, in case of wait times anywhere. The key is being prepared. Too many people expect instant gratification these days, no matter the situation. The staff is always friendly (sometimes I can tell that's a struggle), even when my mood hasn't been the best. I have tinnitus, so can't always understand what is being said, so I take one of my kids with me even when it's my appointment so they can help me out. The doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurses have all been great. I won't go anywhere else.

  Like the other bad review started off good, communication is key, wasted money, gas, and hours at job
