  A horrible 'care' group. Caregivers were notoriously late or didn't show up at all. False accusations were made against the Guardian/Conservator

  We needed short-term assistance for my husband with daily errands and transportation, and Home Instead was the perfect solution! Kristi reached out to us right away after being contacted by his doctor, and services were arranged to begin the very next day. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. We truly can’t say enough good things about both the team and the organization as a whole. We highly recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of quality care and support.

  My family has been forced into using this company to care for my elderly grandmother with dementia by her attorney and conservator. However, we have encountered nothing but problems with these people. They are unprofessional and lack any real medical knowledge. They are getting these people off the street and giving them “training” before sending them into your homes! My grandmother has been in a lot of pain and the girl here the other day did not know that you are a supposed to lift a person with a sheet under them. Same girl couldn’t tell us the names of any of my grandmother’s medications and what they were for. Not to mention another employee attempted to cash a check my grandmother had signed and multiple of her nice purses have gone missing out of her closet since we began using Home Instead. Please - if you value your loved one’s wellbeing - use a different company with better, more qualified, professional people.

  We had just undergone a situation where a privately retained caretaker was financially exploiting my mother. We contacted Home Instead and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the safeguards they have in place. My mother and I have been very pleased with the caretakers that you have supplied. Update. Since my initial post i have become increasingly dissatisfied with Homeinstead. And am looking at other options.
