- CDCarmelita DavisSep 16, 20261.0My grandson went to LEAPS for an assessment and had his initial visit but we have not been able to get another appointment since April 2026. We had the phone answered once in May and was told there were no appointments available. Since then we have left messages and received no calls back. We have even stopped by in person to see if anything was available and was told there was not. It has been five months. It would be nice and professional to at least get a call back.
- JGJ GulledgeMar 31, 20251.0My son went there for an assessment on March 27th 2025, and they told me that they would call me to set up his appointments. No one has called me yet and I have called them 4 times on different days and I have gotten no answer. I have left messages and still have not had my calls returned.

- VGVictoria GómezFeb 26, 20255.0A great place for speech therapy. My daughter has made great progress here and they’ve worked well with our schedule and needs. The therapists have been great with my daughter as well!
- TCTessa CampbellFeb 26, 20255.0My son has been going to leaps for a couple of weeks now and they are great with him! They listen to my concerns about my son and made a plan to give him the best care possible. The whole staff is always patient and kind.
