  Every time I go to them, they take the time to answer all my questions And if something goes wrong with one of my hearing aids, they either fix it or replace it. Very professional

  Unfortunately not gonna be a good review. So, I call to talk with them and get a guy (now I know it was the technician) who couldn't answer any questions as to my insurance. I live 40 miles away so I wanted to make sure, before I drove that far, that the cost would be covered. I had looked up my ins.company and according to info they covered up to $2200 for a pair of aids. Well he could tell me nothing so I figured I'd take a chance and make an appointment. Showed up and both the receptionist and the technician were very nice, but that's about all. Went back, to do the hearing test, went through that, then the young man said "Well you definitely have hearing loss" and proceeded to tell me the % loss in both ears. Fine, so my first response is, well my insurance company "United Health Care" pays up to $2200 for a pair of hearing aids and I was wondering the types they had. He said that I have to get my hearing aids through my insurance company, but I have to pay the $2200 . Confused, I told him that doesn't make sense. I asked how do I get hearing aids from an insurance company, and he said through his business. I thought I'd try one more time to get on the same wave link with this guy and asked again, if I had to buy the hearing aids. He said yes but that they (the insurance company) would pay for me to come to his business for 2 times, but then it would be $100 there after. I'm not sure what that had to do with me having to pay $2200 for hearing aids, so I just told him this was a waste of my time, shook his hand, and left. Not sure how they stay in business.
