  I’ve been going to Dr. O since the age of 18 I am now 36, when I say the staff she has now is the worse I’ve ever seen. I have an issue with cyst which I’ve been experiencing cramping lately without a period, last time this happened one came on my ovary and Dr. O ended up having to surgically removed it. So, I wanted her to monitor this. The front desk receptionist Kierra was very unprofessional and rude. Asking so many irrelevant questions instead of simply scheduling the appointment. She had the never to ask if I’ve been to another doctor, I responded and told her I went to urgent care because I needed something for the pain. As, I am on the phone trying to explain to this girl what’s going on all she could respond and say is “ well, we can’t see you cause you changed your primary care” ( my question is when is urgent care considered “primary care “) no kind of empathy or explanation coming from this girl she repeatedly told me I couldn’t be seen there anymore. She definitely not fit for that position. She lacks customer service skills and she’s rude. Watch who you hire ,your staff will be your downfall.

  She saved mine and my sons life. I developed preeclampsia and i had been turned away from L&D at EAMC for a week. She and her staff immediately caught it. She ALWAYS asked how I was and asks how my son is doing. I had a high risk pregnancy and she was always so concerned and so was her staff and they always made sure to make sure my baby and I were okay

  I tried this office at 2 different times when I needed a gynecologist. Both times it was a negative experience. The front desk staff are rude and ignorant. I waited more than 2 hours past my appointment time before being called back. Communication is nonexistent. Not good looks for a medical office.

  I hate to start a review this way, but the front desk staff is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Every time I call with even a simple question, I’m made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Instead of being helpful or reassuring which is especially important in a medical setting they often come across as dismissive and unwilling to assist patients. Dr. O, is absolutely outstanding. I just wish there was way more intentionality when hiring her front office staff.
