  Well staffed dental office. Excellent hygienist Lauren did a great job my teeth haven’t been this clean since I was born. Karen the receptionist is terrific. Dr Willis is excellent and has exceptional support staff. I recommend you book an appointment asap.

  DH Miss Inez was fantastic. She always takes care of me when I visit. And the assistant Lex was great as well. Both deserve raises!

  A consultation was scheduled with Willis Dental Care as a new patient. My family experienced pleasant staff other than Mr. Willis himself. He allowed his dental assistant explain as to why a specialist should be referred. I expected Mr. Willis to explain in detail about this procedure himself, yet he was no where to be found. Customer service is top priority, and no patient should leave an office feeling ignored.

  The dentist did not meet or greet me on my initial visit. All messages from the dentist were received by assistant and explained to me. It was disheartening to not see or meet Mr Willis Dental Care. He made no effort to identify himself. The Staff were loving and kind to me, my daughter, and grandson, Shaun. 😊

  No wait! Lauren came and got me soon as checked in. She spent time explaining what she was doing and why. Explained insurance payments and made sure I was okay with payment that I would be expected to pay. Care was phenomenal! Absolutely 💯 recommend!
