We were picky and also price conscious. We met many friendly and knowledgeable opticians on our journey. No kidding, we went to 6 different stores and competitors. I walked in to your store with a tired, frustrated kid and was greeted by Ana. That's when both of our demeanors changed. Ana grabbed the reigns, took charge, and truly put us on the perfect set of frames. I found her to be the most knowledgeable, genuine, sincere, and skilled optician that we had dealings with out of all of the other stores. She explained glasses, sport sunglasses, lenses, frames, colors, material differences, and the dynamics of all things glasses with the knowledge and zest of Jack Daniels discussing Whiskey and bourbon. I know that we took up too much of her time but, the service we received was greatly appreciated. We never felt rushed and it was great. If you're in the market for glasses, I highly recommend tolerating Eastdale Mall and going to see Ana. Thank me later!
