  The frames I bought a little over a year ago broke. I went into the store to see if they had another frame that would hold the same lenses. When I asked this, the girl immediately said no. I asked if they had a different color. NO. NO NO Did I want the frames or not. 98.00 for the same ones that broke off. She swipped my lenses with a cloth then shoved them back at me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I won't be back. And I won't be back for an exam either. Do not buy your glasses here or be prepared to get treated like a second class citizen.

  The Doctor Office needs Sandy back 🙏. The two light skinned young ladies in the Doctor office are confused and don't know what they are doing. They going to put you guys out of Business if someone doesn't get involved. They don't care about loyal customers. The Worst I seen this place and I've been a customer since 2015.

  Worst service I've ever received at an Eyemart Express. Usually very happy, but this place was terrible. Waited over an hour the first day. Suppose to be be ready when they opened the next day. Sit another 2 hours.

  I was told before my appointment how much my exam would cost. During my appointment, the doctor put contacts in my eyes, which I thought was very strange. I’ve been wearing contacts for over 10 years. I’ve never had a doctor put contacts in my eyes. So I expressed my discomfort and confusion about why he he did that. After the appointment I was charged an additional $20 for a contact fitting fee which I did not like so just beware if you are going for a contact exam, the doctor will put the contacts in your eyes so he could charge additional money which I did not like he did not give me the option to say yes or no so I definitely will never go to this place again. The staff is friendly. The appointment was quick, but to me that is robbery -doing something without my permission and then charging me extra for it. Purchasing contacts through them was also a problem. I normally get a six month supply. I was given a brand I never used before and it was a 12 month supply. They told me that I could not buy a six month supply so even with my insurance, I still paid out-of-pocket $145. at my previous eye doctor I’ve never paid that much for just contacts. I’ve always purchase contacts and glasses.

  Eyemart Express in Montgomery is the best. I was going out of State and needed my glasses prescription filled went in on a Friday afternoon and they was ready Monday. 2 pairs cheaper than one pair at other places. I highly recommend Eyemart. Also they would have been ready in a couple of hours but the machine had broken and they was repairing it when I walked in.
