  They never answer the phones or return messages for appointments, so I had to do a walk in. I was third in line, but Dr. Trott pulls walk in charts randomly and not by the order of arrival. Stayed there from 9 - 11:45 , and eventually left after a walk in who came in later than me got seen before me. The same thing happened to another customer.

  Fantastic place everyone was kind and very helpful the eye examination choosing the glasses the frame everything was so easy eyemart will be the only place I will go to get glasses the glasses and the frames a very reasonable

  was a returning customer and had made several purchases at Eyemart Express, but this experience was very disappointing. I came in only to have lenses placed in a frame I had purchased. I signed in as requested and waited patiently for about 30 minutes. The air conditioning was also not cooling well, making the wait even more uncomfortable. There were only two employees working, which I understand can be challenging. However, I watched a walk-in customer get helped and leave before me, followed by three other people who arrived after I did. When I asked about the purpose of signing in if customers were not being served in the order they signed in, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. I eventually left without having my issue handled. Fair is fair. I have supported this business with several purchases in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning.   The frames I bought a little over a year ago broke. I went into the store to see if they had another frame that would hold the same lenses. When I asked this, the girl immediately said no. I asked if they had a different color. NO. NO NO Did I want the frames or not. 98.00 for the same ones that broke off. She swipped my lenses with a cloth then shoved them back at me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I won't be back. And I won't be back for an exam either. Do not buy your glasses here or be prepared to get treated like a second class citizen.
