- MGMargaret GalanteJun 12, 20265.0We don’t live in Mobile, but were traveling through and stayed a night. Our 6 week old kitten was with us, and started to feel sick while we were in town. We’d gone to Banfield and were quickly turned away without much acknowledgement or help. Small animal clinic was nearby, so we walked in to try to have our cat seen - not only did they immediately prep a room and work us in, they were kind, informative, and had all the medications we needed in-house. Dr Owen and the team there during our visit were all amazing and we are just so incredibly appreciative. 10/10 - they took care of our little guy and gave us everything we needed to get him back to 100%. Also - we were shocked by how reasonable the prices were!
- DADestiny AndressMay 27, 20263.0I have been bringing my dog Luna here since she was a puppy, 8 years. I live farther so it’s a hassle to get there. Last time I went, the receptionist got my dog and the other dogs meds mixed up. I live farther away so my dog never got her meds. I paid my bill every time I left at check. The system was never down, I have receipts. They tell me today I have to pay $211 balance and can’t give my dog her meds until I pay. I asked how could this happen??? How could they let a customer leave without paying and I would remember that. So anyways…I’ll be going to a new vet to avoid this confusion. I checked my bank statements and I paid my visits but now I have balance and the receptionist doesn’t have her crap together but if you owe a balance, suddenly she is very stern and well spoken but she couldn’t get my dogs meds right the first time. Good riddance.
