I have been apart of several different wight loss groups and programs in the past and this is by far the most effective one. The app is very user friendly and the accountability within the group is daily to help you stay the course. Coach Brian is very knowledgeable in his field he has been a huge help for me to be able to reach my health and fitness goals. I highly recommend this challenge and the best part is no gym required and you can do it from anywhere since it is virtual!
