  On May 18, 2026, I used Home Instead for the first time. On May 15 , 2026 Braddock Wilson came to my home for an interview and explained all about his company. He was engaging , very genuine and concerned with how he could help me with my medical needs. I was scheduled for a Colonoscopy on Monday May 18, 2026 at Fairhope Surgery Center . A nursing assistant was to come to my home at 6:00 a.m. . I was waiting for them and they were a little late, my driver was stuck in traffic I would find out. I called the office and Becky Wheatley, Client Care Advisor answered. I explained my situation and was trying to sort out what to do. She told me don’t you worry ! I will take care of everything, and boy did she. I drove to the SurgeryCenter and checked in and she soon arrived. I had my procedure , all went well! The nurses asked her to come and be with me while they gave me my post- op instructions. She told me that she was going to drive me home and then meet her Assistant Marcell back at the Surgery Center and she would drive my car back to my home and Marcella would follow her with her car. *** These women went out of their way to make sure that I was able to have my procedure and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I deeply appreciate all of their caring for me. Today they won me over. I sincerely recommend this company. Exceptional care! I said all of that to say this, “ People may forget about what you said , BUT, they will never forget how you treated them ! “. God Bless you all for helping me! Your new , very pleased, new client !

  They have done a great job finding the right caregivers for my disabled daughter who requires total care Chrystal is very helpful with getting the right girls to help Alexis,Karen and Melissa are all great. the job they do isn’t easy and I don’t know how I would make it without them . I highly recommend Home Instead. I am very grateful to them.

  Home Instead was referred to me in 2023 when it became clear that my mother was beginning to need help getting through her days. Deciding on a caregiving agency is a difficult decision, and while we were encouraged by the way things went at the initial assessment visit, we weren't sure if things would work out. What started out as visits of just a few hours a day, a few days a week eventually became multiple daily shifts from Home Instead caregivers (including a month and a half of 24-hour caregiving before we moved Mom in with one of my brothers). Through challenging times and changing needs, Suzanne Turner and her team have been unfailingly responsive and compassionate. Yes, there were times when caregivers didn't work out, but it was a great comfort to know that Suzanne and her team were a phone call away, to help get things better. Eventually, the "core group" of caregivers formed, and they have been great, with a complementary set of skills/strengths that have covered the ever-widening range of needs. Particular thanks to Suzanne, who always takes a personal interest in her clients, and makes the business feel like a small, family-run enterprise. Big thanks as well to caregivers Cynthia Boykin, Susan Dotson, and Maricela Avalos for their compassionate, heartfelt caregiving. I strongly recommend that others in similar situations strongly consider Home Instead for their caregiving needs.

  Home Instead has been absolutely incredible. Their caregivers are compassionate, patient, and genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional care. From the very first visit, they treat me with so much respect and very patient, always going above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their communication is excellent, their professionalism is outstanding, and the level of comfort and peace of mind they provide is priceless. I’m truly grateful for the support and kindness they’ve shown. Home Instead delivers the kind of care every family hopes for. A well-deserved 5 stars!!!! Thankss ❤️
