  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience today was too concerning not to share. I came in for a walk-in eye exam after unsuccessfully trying to reach the office by phone. While waiting, I overheard front desk staff openly mocking another patient after she left, calling her an “idiot” and complaining about dealing with “incompetent people.” That immediately made me question the professionalism of the office. My check-in was disorganized, with confusion over my insurance and multiple attempts to charge me before realizing I had already paid, and referring to me by my first name without the respect of a Ms. Alexandria or even Ms. Timmons. The biggest concern was the exam itself. The initial testing was performed by what appeared to be a young child without any explanation of his role. During the exam, the machine bumped my eye, and procedures were done without warning or instruction. When I entered the exam room, I found the equipment covered in visible dust, makeup residue, and grime where patients place their faces. It was so unsanitary that I wiped part of the equipment down myself before deciding I wasn’t comfortable continuing. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, my concerns were initially dismissed before someone admitted they had “forgotten to wipe it.” Between the lack of professionalism, discussing another patient’s private matters, billing confusion, and the unsanitary condition of the exam equipment, I chose to leave and requested a refund. I hope this office takes patient privacy, cleanliness, and professionalism more seriously in the future.

  Fantastic! Previously went to another eye clinic who gave me the wrong prescription. It caused me severe headaches. Eyemart got my appointment booked and gave me my glasses the same day. Glasses are lovely and staff and Doctor were incredibly friendly and helpful.

  I went today to pick some glasses & Michael (the general manager) came right on over to help & when I say he's nothing less of AMAZING. I love his personality, he's just amazing overall. We definitely need more customer service that he provides. Thankssssss Michael 🥰🤞🏽
