- BXbryan xAug 26, 20261.0Wow so I went to this place last year and had an exam and bought prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses… never cheap had both but a great experience. Fast forward 1 year now ready to have it all done again called to make appointment and get information on my coverage. Spoke to Michael and asked him for my coverage he was no help and told me to contact HR or my insurance company anyone but him. I’m never had someone not be able to pull my insurance information and get me scheduled! So I won’t be going back! Customer service speaks volumes in my book
