  I have been a member at barre3 Mobile since the studio first opened. I am now in my mid-60’s and find that barre3 workouts are essential to maintaining strength and balance which allows me to chase after my grand kids and carry them upstairs without worrying about falling! I am able to do all the things from bringing in groceries to cleaning my house. This is what the instructors at barre3 teach-functional movement! This workout has modifications for all fitness levels and the barre3 staff is great at making you feel welcome at whatever point you are in your fitness journey! Thanks barre3!!!!
