  Barre3 is the best total body workout! I love the challenging patterns that work every muscle group or I can take other options provided too. The instructors are all certified and so knowledgeable and the staff is very welcoming! I feel great knowing I’m able to take so many varied classes that makes my body stronger every single day! These classes has done amazing things to strengthen my aging bones too!!!

  I LOVE Barre3...the way my body is feeling stronger and my mind is feeling more rested can't be matched at any other "gym". I believe that's because Barre3 is more than a gym, and it is the BEST way to start my day. The instructors are encouraging for all skill levels.

  I joined Barre3 a month ago and absolutely love it! The facility is so clean, the community is welcoming, and I really love the class schedule options. The workouts are high intensity but low impact and I get a complete body workout every time I attend. Thanks to the amazing instructors! They do an incredible job of crafting a great class every time! Im looking forward to getting stronger this year. - Emily

  The best workout with the best instructors in the area! I have been going to barre3 for almost 3 years and it never gets old and always challenges me to push harder. I love it!!!
